We provide you with a beautiful new design, which then you can take to your local general contractor. 
 
Includes:
-qty of 3-6 renderings of your home or business with different layout styles
-list of colors/material options from your preferred vendors
-unlimited calls with your designer, 3-4 are estimated (the initial 30-45min. consultation + two additional calls for any revisions) 
-3 revisions which includes 3D renderings and new color/style combos
