Interested in selling your home, but maybe it is lacking the proper decor to attract the perfect buyer? Let us help you redecorate! We can bring in rental furniture and accessories, or help you redecorate with existing furniture to create a fabulous space everyone will enjoy! All you have to do is email us pictures and dimensions of your existing space and we can remotely send you the perfect design solution!
This is How it Works..
Step 1. Communication
Selling your home has nothing to do with your personal design style. It is about relating to all types of buyers. To reach this goal you have to keep in mind buyers will be viewing your property virtually on websites, or in person at the property. Your home needs to be designed properly to look good on camera, but also still maintaining a versatile aesthetic for in person visitations.
We will request that you send us pictures of the space, including as many details as possible (tip: stand in each corner of the room when taking the photos). The more details the better! If your home is furnished please be sure to send photos of all of the furniture and art that is in the space. Its great to also get shots of the not-so-pretty things..like electrical outlets, air vents, heaters, as well as ceiling details!
Next, we will request that you provide us with dimensions of the space, windows, ceiling height and dimensions of any furniture, art or accessories.
Step 2. Order the products
Next, we will provide you with a list of items that we recommend to you to complete the space. It is up to you (or maybe your budget) to determine how many furniture and accessory items you choose to rent from your local furniture store. If you have existing furniture and accessories we might be able to use them to save some money! Some clients will also purchase items that they can eventually be used in their future home. We would be happy to source those items for you!
We will then put you into contact with your local furniture store to purchase the rentals and schedule a delivery date.
Step 3. Install
A floor plan and elevations will be provided to show you the placement of the items. You can either move the items yourself or hire a local moving company to help assist with this process. If you don't feel like getting your hands dirty we would also be happy to help you hire a moving company and follow through with the entire install process for a small extra fee.
